Axton N.O. Mitchell, a 33-year-old published poet. He brings a wealth of experience and passion to his multifaceted creative endeavour’s. With three self-published poetry collections and contributions to a growing number of literary magazines, Axton is establishing a strong presence in the literary world.
He identifies as a transgender man who uses he/him pronouns, he also identifies with the word term queer. Axton has been medically transitioning through hormones for a decade.
His connection to the natural world deeply informs his artistic spirit. He finds rejuvenation in hiking, camping, rockhounding, and kayaking, often transforming his geological discoveries into unique, hand-polished treasures for his small, witchy shop.
