Adam Swain Ferguson’s passion for film and video production began after he moved to Los Angeles in 2017, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Entertainment Business and a Master’s in Producing for Television. Following the birth of his first son, Adam was inspired to pursue a new creative path. Drawing on his professional experience and personal journey with family growth—including adoption and IVF—he channeled his talents into producing children’s content.
In 2025, Adam and his family moved to Scotland, where he began a PhD in Film & Visual Culture at the University of Aberdeen. His research focuses on authentic queer representation in media and how to connect with audiences of all ages through parasocial relationships. He currently lives in Stonehaven with his husband and their two sons.
